Shipping policy
At Malone & Maple, each order is made to order with care through our fulfillment partners. Because we work with different providers, shipping times may vary depending on the product, destination, and production location.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment is received. Please allow 3–8 business days for production before your order ships. During holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Because many of our items are made to order, production begins shortly after your order is placed.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100.
Free shipping over $100 does not apply to international orders.
For U.S. orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. International shipping rates are also calculated at checkout based on destination and product type.
Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination, but generally:
United States: 3–10 business days after production
International: 7–21 business days after production
These delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or high shipping volume.
Multiple Shipments
Because we work with different fulfillment providers, items in the same order may ship separately. This means your order may arrive in multiple packages and on different dates.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email when available.
Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
International Shipping
We may offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Malone & Maple is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us at support@maloneandmaple.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once production has started.
Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. Malone & Maple is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@maloneandmaple.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Malone & Maple is not responsible for stolen packages marked as delivered.
