Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to receive my portrait?

Each portrait is custom-created to order.

Production and delivery typically take 1–3 weeks depending on your location. During peak seasonal periods, timelines may extend slightly.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and select European countries. Shipping availability and rates are calculated automatically at checkout.

What are your shipping rates?

We keep shipping simple and transparent:

  • Free shipping on orders over £75
  • £6.95 flat rate shipping under £75
USA
  • Free shipping on orders over $100
  • $9.95 flat rate shipping under $100
What is skip the line?

Skip the Line is our priority processing option.

It moves your order ahead in the production queue so your portrait can be worked on sooner. This helps speed up turnaround time, but it does not change the shipping method unless stated at checkout.

International
  • £19.95 flat rate shipping (or equivalent)

Final shipping costs are always displayed at checkout before purchase.

Will my items arrive together?

Whenever possible, we ship items together.

Occasionally, one item may be completed ahead of time and shipped first, so items can arrive separately. If that happens, there’s nothing you need to do; additional parcels will follow shortly.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer complimentary shipping once your order reaches the free-shipping threshold. You’ll always see the exact shipping cost (or free shipping) clearly at checkout before payment.

Orders & Changes

Can I make changes after placing my order?

We begin working on your portrait shortly after purchase.

If you need to update your photo or order details, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I cancel my order?

Because each piece is custom-made, cancellations can only be requested within 1 hour of purchase.

After this time, your portrait will already be in production and cannot be cancelled.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within the 1-hour change window, and we’ll do our best to help before production begins.

Do you send proofs or previews before printing?

To keep your order moving quickly and efficiently, we don’t offer free proofs or previews as standard.

If your photo isn’t suitable for the best result, we’ll reach out and request a new one before we begin.

Artwork & Product Details

Do you do all animals?

Yes. We can create portraits for most pets, not just cats and dogs.

If you’re unsure, place your order as normal and upload your photo. We’ll confirm if anything is needed.

Can I include more than one pet in a portrait?

Yes. You can include multiple pets in a single portrait. Select your preferred option when ordering.

What makes a good photo?
  • Clear, well-lit images (natural daylight is ideal)
  • Your pet facing the camera, with eyes visible
  • No heavy filters or strong shadows

If your submitted photo isn’t ideal, our team will reach out before beginning your artwork.

What sizes do you offer?

We currently offer the following sizes:

  • 8×10
  • 10×12
  • 12×16

Size options are also shown on each product page during ordering.

Do portraits include a name?

Yes — every portrait includes your pet’s name. You’ll enter it during checkout so we can personalise your artwork exactly as requested.

Do you create pet memorials?

We focus on celebratory, everyday portraits designed to capture your pet’s personality. If you have a special request, you can contact us before ordering and we’ll advise what’s possible.

How do I leave a review?

After delivery, you’ll receive a follow-up email inviting you to share your experience.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your portrait arrives in less than perfect condition, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll assist you with a replacement promptly.

How do I contact you?

You can contact our team using the contact form on our website. We aim to respond as quickly as possible.
