Because all of our items are custom made to order, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@maloneandmaple.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will make it right by sending a replacement item.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@maloneandmaple.com so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
As our products are personalized and custom made, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We also do not accept returns or refunds on gift cards.
